Refund Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND ISSUES

Returns and exchanges or issues must be made within 30 days of purchase; items must be new, unused, in their original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. 

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns and exchanges of product or issues purchased from The Swag On In Shop www.swagonin.com. Custom merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Free + Shipping Items are not eligible for refunds (b/c they are free). You can, however, cancel your order within 24 hours and it will be honored.

Package must be post marked as being en route to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

IMPORTANT Please include your first & last name and email as indicated on your order, in addition to a copy of your original invoice emailed to you or within the package. Failure to include this information may result in our inability to process your return.

Once your order is received & processed you will be notified by email & refunded to the original method of payment. 

Please allow up to two weeks processing time for returns.


OTHER CONDITIONS

Free Offers/Giveaways: All "Free + Shipping" offers must be cancelled within the same day of order and are non-refundable once shipped.

Custom Printed Items: Custom Printed Items are not eligible for refund or return.


NO RESALE

The Swag On In Shop sells products to end-use consumers only, and we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect the products are being purchased for resale.

Refunds (if applicable)
Our commitment is to deliver the product you ordered. We have a very simple return policy.

We will replace or refund your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect. Manufacture defects include things such as rips, tears, holes and faded printing.

Returns for any other reason will incur a 15% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We, along with every other major retailer in America, get some of our products from China. Although we work with only highly trusted manufactures that are both fast, and who provide superior quality and workmanship, sometimes, there are issues regarding shipping that are 100% out of our control. Some of these issues include shipping delays from China, and shipping delays from the United States Postal Service. In some cases it may take 30 days to receive your item.

If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows no movement in their system, we will refund your payment.

If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows your package coming in a reasonable amount of time we will not be able to issue a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
